Need Access form
« on: February 08, 2008, 09:02:20 PM »
Anyone else think this form is too invasive?
I thought I wanted to do criminal law, but now, my life's goal will be to put an end to this invasive and way too personal form.

I think it sucks on many fronts.  For those of us whose parents are out of the law school loop, it is really difficult to figure out a lot of what they are asking for.  I don't know what the market value of my mother's house is, and I doubt she does either.  I am terrified of screwing it up!

Pretty much nobody except someone who's trying to sell a house has a very good handle on the market value of their house.  Especially in the current economic environment where housing prices could be falling significantly every two months.

So they can make you sell it to pay for law school.

OMG, invasive is exactly the word to describe it.  It's a horrible form.  Guessing my 2008 income was difficult, but not so bad compared to trying to remember things like how much financial aid I got as an undergrad - I friggin' graduated 5 years ago!
