Rejected at Faulkner today by snail mail.  I guess the LSAT/GPA isn't everything.  I'm hoping it was because it's a religious based institution and my PS didn't mention it.

it seems like they sent out alot of those. I don't know how everybody feels about it, or I should feel about it considering I applied so early and am yet to hear a thing.

Got my first rejection today from UIUC. I should have been expecting it, but it still stings.

waitlisted at hastings today.  this really sucks, im from norcal and it was definitely high on my list of schools that i want to go to.  i know it's not a rejection, but i'm somewhat confused, especially seeing all the people with numbers lower than mine who've gotten in.  can't win them all, i guess.

looking at hastings website about the waitlist is discouraging- if they accept me off the waitlist they will call me and i have to immediately accept their offer or be rejected, which really seems like an unfair strong-arming tactic to me.  i really want to be able to go there, but i also want some choices for where i go.  :/

Sorry to hear that sluglaw. I too, as of 5PM today, am a less than proud member of the Hastings WL squad.

While their offers to waitlisters may seem like strong-arming keep in mind that by the time they decide to pick you up it will be after you've heard from pretty much every school you've applied to..
