First rejection of the cycle. Bye bye Penn!

A rejection actually makes me a bit happier than WL (or maybe I'm just saying that). My reason is that I didn't write a Why Penn?. Had I been WL, I would have spent a lot of time wondering what could have been. Now, I know the best case scenario was a WL that I wouldn't have come off of with the Why Penn?. Right? :p

In any case, it was expected. I really thought WL at best at the beginning of the cycle. And as time went on, I knew it'd be a rejection.

Waitlisted at Penn.

It's my top choice, and there's maybe a 95% chance I'd go there if admitted (depends on financial aid concerns). I want off this waitlist!

sorry bout HLS, guys.  there was some discussion earlier about whether it would actually be better to get a rejection on paper...i sort of prefer the email version.
