I am asking this on behalf of a friend of mine.

How did you all find out your username and password for the online status checker? She has tried her LSAC password and username as instructed, but it does not work. Thanks in advance.

It was e-mailed to me and it is different than my LSAC name/password.  February 11th was when it was e-mailed to me, which is about 2 weeks after I submitted the application.
