Just got in!

Was on the phone with my dad (he was complaining about filling out the Need Access) and saw I had a call from a restricted number. The admissions dean talked to me for a long time about tons of stuff, endured my ramblings about how excited I was, gave me her direct number, etc, which was pretty cool. Just wanted to let people know they're still making calls, even to people with mediocre numbers (but good soft factors) like me.

Just wanted to let people know they're still making calls, even to people with mediocre numbers (but good soft factors) like me.

The admissions staff takes its sweet time admitting applicants.  I think at least a few people get in during April each year, and generally a bunch of folks (as a share of class size) get in off the waitlist.
