165 LSAT
3.85 GPA
Soft Factors: decent -- student job, leadership role in small organization, etc.
Caucasian male
WV resident

Any idea on the amount of money (if any) that I would get from OSU?

Incomplete list of [slightly reach-esque] schools likely for application:
BC
BU
GULC (PT)
UT
UCLA
USC
Vandy
Illinois

You have a shot at Cornell as well. Might as well apply.

lawschoolnumbers.com is really the definitive answer to the "do I have a shot?" threads.

I have very similar numbers to you 166, 3.92 GPA and I applied to some of the same schools.  You're probably in at UIUC and BC, and probably BU.  The rest of them are reaches.  I was waitlisted at UCLA, and borderline at VANDY, TEXAS (NOT IN STATE) and GULC.  Treat these as reaches and apply to as many as is economically feasible to spread your chances if you're hoping to break into the t-14.  Good luck

the answer is not always re-take.  While I agree that only a few extra points would put the OP into a whole different ball game as far as target schools, with the late situation in the apps it might not fit into his plans.  A 165 is a respectable score and puts the OP into the running for several of the schools he has identified as targets...it just makes others reaches.  My advice to the OP is to re-take and you have significant reason to believe that you can score higher on the next LSAT you take (consistent timed and conditioned practice scores above your current score allowing for a dropoff on test day.)

Agreed with the retake.  Unfortunately, if you're a URM, you'd be packing your bags for Harvard or Yale with your LSAT and GPA.

Didn't you get into GULC PT with these stats last year?

I was pretty much the same as you ... I'd say you're in at 20 on down...
