fordham if you want to practice in nyc or new england. probably gw if you want to practice anywhere else.

Clairel seems to have it down.  Def. Fordham in NYC area, likely GW otherwise.

you should visit.  seems like many who have visited fordham have left with a very negative impression.  although previous posters are right...i'm sure it places better in NYC.

This is right. Fordam really edges GW if you want to practice in NY, but the Fordham Law degree really loses value each mile you travel away from NY.

Thanks for the advice. That's about what I figured. I am basically between the two cities for both school and post-grad. I already live in DC and love it. If I am unsure about NY, is GW my best option?

Probably. GW seems to have the better rep.
