I will NOT be living in the LC.

What are your reasons?

I keep going back and forth.  I sent in my application just to be sure though.

I'm moving within spitting distance of the law quad next year

What kind of places are available within short distance of the law quad?

HM and I are in a small apartment building just about 2 blocks away, south of the quad next year.  There are lots of options very close to the law quad.  Stuff that's a little closer to undergrads (like some stuff on Tappan, Oakland, etc.), and stuff that gets closer to more professional living (Hill, Hoover, Davis, etc.)

it's kind of sad how giddy I get when I get any correspondance from Dean. Z.  I love the michigan stationary.

I'm sure this will all change when the big bills come a calling.

Already?  Is it necessary to apply this early?  I'm not even sure I'm going to Mich yet.

They said to send it in ASAP because the later you wait, the harder it might be to get a spot.  Why not send it in?  You don't have to send a deposit or anything.  All you have to do is fill out the form and mail it off.

They suggest you submit the LC forms ASAP if you have any desire to live there. I submitted mine about a week after I got my package, and they said they'll send me a lease in May.

The first form you send in is non-binding. The second lease is the one that counts. If you have any interest in the LC, you should probably send in the form.

Thanks.  This might be my other alternative.  I want to live as close as possible.
