Choosing the Right Law School / Letter of Continued Interest Question
« on: April 13, 2006, 10:57:31 AM »
Ok quick question. I'm waitlisted at three schools and still waiting from 2. I want to send the waitlisted schools letters of continued interest. I'm planning on taking the June LSAT. My question is should I let the schools know that or not??? THANKS!!!

LawProf and Miss why don't you like the WSJ? I'd die without it every morning. Granted having the articles on muliple pages sucks but it's a great biz paper.

I don't like the WSJ because (a) I hate not being able to access it online, (b) the pagination is for sh*t, and (c) I disagree with its editorial positions (which also influence choices beyond the editorial page).  But I didn't say it was a bad paper.  I actually mildly defended its (quite good) investigative reporting!

Pagination is absolutely terrible. And true it's $99 a year now (I think) for online access.  What don't you like about the editorials? Granted they are all pretty one-sided.

No post isn't slanted to the left. Globe and NYT are. But the post is still absolute garbage to me.

Now the NYT, NYP and anything out of Boston are to me the worst newspapers published. Way to  slanted to the left and more like fiction than fact.

I went to school in Boston and am from central CT near Quinnipiac. I can't believe the it outranks Suffolk which is held in pretty high regard for a lower ranked school. Q is not held all that highly in CT with employers or anybody else for that matter. What the hell goes into these rankings besides lsat/gpa????

Beyond freaking out...1 rejection, 3 waitlists, 2 nothing yet...How long does it take some schools to give answers??? If you don't want me then just tell me allready so I can go to plan b (which doesn't exist yet).
