Oh and I'm still in at nowhere, all T4. Feel free to have a field day with that one. I'm hoping that at least one will let me in so I can fulfill my lifelong dream of being unsuccessful.

I hate to break it to you guys, but if you haven't been accepted anywhere, YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO LAW SCHOOL.
Someone has to go to the "dumpy" schools. Are you saying every T4 grad is unsuccessful?
Thanks hippe. No, there is no compelling reason to go this year other than my inherent impatience, lol. I'm allready planning on taking the June LSAT. What are the qualifications for a paralegal. Do you need a certificate?
I appreciate all of the advice. I am currently working for a small law-firm but it doesn't pay. The work is pretty meaningful, research, motion drafting, deposition summaries but I have to stress it's a non-paid internship. I'd just hate to leave this as it's a great experience so I'm debating whether to just start waiting tables in my off-time. I did cancel my interview today and went to the law firm where I am now drafting a motion to allow additional evidence at trial. Fun Fun Fun. I just can't see myself leaving this to go work a male private part corporate job which I've done and don't enjoy. If worst comes to worst I can work at the family grocery store, lol. Thanks again for all of the, often humbling, advice.
So here is the predicament. I'm on the waitlist at three schools and am still waiting to hear from two. I'm starting to get really restless. I'm turning down interviews for FT jobs because I have a hope that I'll be attending law school in the fall. But I'm starting to think if I'm shooting myself in the foot and should take a ft position if offered. But then again it's pretty unethical to take a job and then come August say "oh by the way I'm leaving in two weeks to go back to school." Plus I currently have a non-paid internship for a local attorney which I love and don't want to give up. So should I just start waiting tables in my off time and live in limbo for a few more months. Or say screw it get a ft job and plan on 2007??? I'm a wreck and any advice is well appreciated!!!
Yip. Good advice. But, I really don't want to wait until next year so I will most likely go to a school of my list if given the choice. Studying for June LSAT is more like insurance incase I don't get called off a waitlist.
Halfie. I think that I could significantly improve my LSAT score. There was a lot going on for me around the time of the test. Three family deaths among other issues. I was going to take Feb but had made travel arrangements last summer for Feb and was not able to. On timed preptests I'm allready up in the mid-150's. If you really teach yourself the way of thinking needed on the LSAT and the speed required I personally feel one can significantly improve.
Hey everybody. Thanks for the tip on Charlotte. I wasn't really all that serious about it. I'm just curious. Yip, I've allready enrolled for the June 12 LSAT and have been studying like crazy! Thanks for the tip though. MY gf is studying for her USMLE #1 so it's nice to have a study budy for the VERY long study sessions. Needless to say I'm allready prepared to go for round 2 next year. Hopeful, I was absolutely shocked I didn't even get into WNEC part time. My lsat is terrible but still I thought I had a good chance at pt. So you were called off the waitlist??? That is good news. Did you accept? When were you waitlisted. I had my app done in late December and heard back I think it was late Feb early March. Good luck.
