Studying for the LSAT / Re: One of the five sections don't actually count

I had three LR sections and personally I could immediately tell that the second section was the experiemental-
My reasoning for this is due to the fact that there were quite a few questions in this section that I believe had an unfamilar format. Prepping with Testmasters - I was familiar with ALL types of LR templates and so on test day - I was surprised to see that the exam offered a new type of question.
The setup of the question looked similar to those questions that posit two different arguments in the stimulus and then ask in the question stem - "Bill and Mary differ on..." In this case, instead of having two arguments - the new question outlined a theoretical principle and then followed it with an example/application of that theory.
I remember about 3 of these question types in the section.
Did anyone else have similar thoughts?
