Dirty!

And I wanna go to Bermuda!

Come visit.  There's plenty of room in house since the kiddies are in school.  Which reminds me, the bf will be here in less than a week! Yay!  :-*

Yay!

Ha, maybe with my stipend next year - I start school in 7 weeks, remember?

7 weeks!!!!!

I'm seriously the only person who's gonna have a car?

I'll have a car.  Are you driving from NYC? Are you thinking house or apt?

Driving a moving truck; I think there's a tow haul in my future.  And I already have an apt. (in a house).

awesome. maybe i'll drive in tandem...

Are you doing another SQuaLSA night?  All LSDers should go!!

We decided not to do one this ASW. We didn't get our paperwork turned in on time, and I'm really busy that night with the Origins show. Regular bar night that evening is also being held at not as hideous a place as Scorekeepers, it's actually kind of fun. I think the main group of LSDers will be at the Origins show, regular bar night, and the Phid House party on Friday night (which everyone should attend in order to meet Sweeny). It is a blast and will alter any preconceived ideas you have about law school. (or maybe it will reinforce them).

greatness! no offense but scorekeepers was ridiculously cheesy. and they overcharged my cc :(

I really thought about selling my car, but I worked so hard to pay it off I just can't bring myself to get rid of it now, even tho it will be a long drive. I also think its gonna come in handy living in a TOWN, yes town, like ann arbor. :) Besides, Massachusetts has THE worst car insurance in the country. As bad as Michigan may be, we are worse over here. Bring it on.

I totally agree.  I plan to make weekly runs to Target.  Ques: How much does campus parking cost?

Where should I go next fall? / Re: Michigan WL - need advice!
« on: March 20, 2007, 11:53:28 AM »
If I were in your situation, I'd check summer/fall, and, if admitted for summer, go with the possibility open of then transferring after 1L if need be.  I don't know if that's great advice, but it's what I'd do.

I would advise against this.  If you started in the summer at Michigan, you would be ineligible to transfer to any school that would be worth transferring to from Michigan.  You would have too many credits.

Just pick the fall choice.

hmm, is this true? I thought that if you have more credits than the transfer school allows, you just forfeit them and do the two years.

The normal ones, I think . . . they don't sell hem online, so it's hard to say really.

i mean, could I at least get a 10 gallon jug of 'fiddich or something decent?

Blended, likely.  Single malt?  Less sure.

but I can get the 10 gallon part?

 :D No.

And I just read that, due to state regulation, liquor prices in Michigan (not beer or wine, just liquor) are the same in all stores.  JSYK.

wino forever!
