Hey, it was good to meet everyone last night. I am not surprised some of you had a bit of a hangover. Wine is usually just terrible to me the next day, but (of course) I drink it anyway.

Neither... I wish it were a brownstone. It's just a regular building with a store on the first level and 4 apartments on the next two. 5
