a lot of my friends that are law students dont believe US news (even grads from law schools as well)

its just how well you dooooo, that's all that matters...but you should really LIKE the school you're attending...you don't wanna go to the better school and be miserable

depends where you want to live, also check out the schools before u decide...even though hofstra may be higher ranked, you might not like the atmosphere

my next door neighbor was in the top 5% at touro (tier 4) and he is doing REAL well for himself lol

nyls dorms are in bklyn heights and are 1400 bucks a month 25 minute commute to campus, only 65 spots though i believe so its hard to get...ive been looking to move into soho/tribeca and studios start at 1600 (WITH doorman and amenities)...you can find some for 1500 though so its all good

try looking for a roommate as well

they have like a 94% placement rate w/i a year of grad and 98 w/i 2 years...they told me this at their open house

i really liked it, its very relaxed, not as strict and a nice atmosphere

lol actually i just heard word from my mom i got offered a spot in may but i graduate the week after it starts

i'm probably gonna do NYLS, it's ok for what iwanna do.  I know SJU is better, but for what i wanna do, it's not worth me going there. 

why so gung ho on my going to cardozo? ;)

lol i was gung ho for ny law bc im obsessive compulsive lol...still no mail from cardozo :(  its the last one im waiting on anyways which just bothers me, bc if i get in, then i can quickly rescind the deposit on ny law
