Right...because the adcomm's have so much time to read thousand's of posts and then to match them up with the thousands of apps.  You have obviously done your research as to their priorities.

And until you get a job at a firm the does corporate transactions, and the partner in charge of that department want's you, don't tell me what you'll be doing. Except for a few specialties, most law students do not practice what they thought they would have while they were in law school.

Okay, but YOU can make that call? Right. I don't know what I'm going to do, but you do. Fabulous. Perfectly logical.

Two, you haven't done your research. There was a huge- neigh, monster- case this year of an adcom matching up information on a student who checked a URM box but they did not feel qualified as one and then subsequently calling the other schools he applied to- and it took place based on information posted here and on law school numbers. Ask anyone here, they'll tell you the same.

I can hardly wait to see you in court. You're so easy to work up emotionally.
Thanks, I'm going into corporate transactions. And i'm not being emotional, just honest. You are digusting, and I hope that the adcom's find out who you are and what you're up to. I'd advise you to limit how much factual information you post about yourself. It wouldn't be the first time they tracked someone down, except this time they'd have a more reasonable reason to report you to your other schools.

First of all, I haven't gone through the past few months, instead just the last couple of weeks. Oooh and actually, I'm going to be a patent attorney.  Lots of cash...Very few ambulances.
Wow, that's a shock. I've heard patent attorney's were supposed to be intelligent enough not to need to check an unwarranted URM box to get admitted. Also, I thought they could read, since I specifically replied that you had only been replying to the last months worth of posts. But hey, this is obviously far too high of an expectation for you.

You're the epitomy of disgusting. Have fun in hell. It was made just for you.

I love people who just come here and think that they can tell everyone who's posted in the last month that they're stupid and should shut up. How is it unreasonable that someone wants to know from other current or past applicants their chances? Numbers do NOT tell the whole story, and other students can give advice that simply looking on the LSAC website cannot.
This guy exemplifies the nasty, shady lawyer personality. Have fun chasing those ambulences.

You know what they mean when they ask. If you are a white person whose grandmother went to Africa 80 years ago, you can't check the box ethically. I've heard ethics is a part of bar admission... gosh, why wouldn't we want to perpetuate the stereotype of the lying lawyer?

If you can't handle the stress of a test...a test in which you can completely prepare for with no surprises...what makes you think you can handle the stress of law school competition.

Gosh, you're right. It's absolutely inconcievable (Inconcievable! Sorry, had to) that someone should be more worried about the test that defines their admissions chances, particularly since they may not do well on standardized tests, than the regular rigors of law school. How stupid of them!  ::)

And it would serve as a shining beacon of honesty to head into the legal profession with, wouldn't it?  ::)

How sweet...

Listen to the man. That's the deciding factor for those of us with a large presence. Well, back rubs and the willingness to occasionally subsitute their hands as a full-support bra!  :P

In order for us to truly understand, can you please provide more description?

Please provide greater detail on the following.
1.  Sit nice and high.  Please explain any activities where this might pose a problem?  Rollercoasters?  Swing sets?  Swimming pools?
2.  Doing everything you can to keep them in place.  Does this involve exercise?  Jumping jacks?  Jogging?  Gymnastics?

1. Swimming is okay, rollercoasters are another story. Arm crossing, however, is the worst.  :P
2. I generally try to keep my boobs out of my exercise.  ;D
