I have a question about the left bank... When you go out in Center City at night how are you going to get back home? I'm headed to philly on monday to check out apartments and I'm wondering if that will be an issue. 48

I called yesterday and they were less than helpful. In fact the woman was rude. It made me glad that I'm leaving NYC (I"ve been here for 26 yrs). She asked me what my address was and I said my permanent address or current? She said (rudely) "Well where do you live?" It took her like 5 minutes to understand that I lived in a different place than my permanent addrress and different from where I lived when I applied back in OCTOBER. Oh well. She was basically like "It'll be sent." Gee really? Thanks.
