Law School Admissions / Re: Will they know I received a fee waiver ??
« on: September 26, 2005, 04:32:07 PM »
I applied to 4 schools today and the fees were all waived because of my LSAC fee waiver.

I asked my Prof in May to write my LOR. He told me to give him my Resume, PS and write a LOR for myself and to send it to him. I did all of that in August but he still hasen't sent it in. I spoke with him and he told me that he would do it he just hasen't gotten around to it. I don't want to bother him but I need it done immediatley. Should I continue to call him and email him until he does it or forget about it?

Thank you underdog. I wanted to PM you but your PM is not available. How do I know which questions to diagram? If you could PM me that would be great so I can tell you specifically what the problem is.

Do you have any other suggestions? I really need to get this down. There is no need of studying if I don't undertand what I'm studying.

Black Law Students / Ask A Mommy !

Somebody PM me to ask a question so I decided to start this thread.

Feel free to ask any question you would like regarding single motherhood and the things that we have to go threw.

FYI-A single mother is someone who raises their kids on their own not someone who has help from their kids father and is just fighting with him today but living with him tommorrow. Or dosen't want his help because he got another woman.

And to that special individual who PM me. No,its not hard to get a man at all.

Studying for the LSAT / PRIVATE TUTOR?
« on: August 21, 2005, 06:55:30 PM »
I am currently in a Testmasters course and I am still having problems with the LR. I purchased the LR Bible and it's a help and I have identified my problem to diagramming of the questions. I can diagram the short stimulus but when I get to the longer ones I get them wrong. I donít know what I missed in class or maybe I just bypassed it without thinking it was going to be a problem for me to catch on and learn real quickly. I am determined to get this down. Has anyone ever had a private tutor? Testmasters said their 150 an hr. YIKES!
