General Board / Re: Accepted to law school w/o undergrad degree?
« on: November 30, 2005, 10:36:43 PM »
Some accredited law schools will take you before finishing undergrad if you are going to finish concurrent with law school.  But if you haven't had any undergrad...you should go get a degree first.  Your LSAT score will probably improve then, too.

Unless you have some serious connections plus minority status, you aren't getting in those schools with a 149.

Hands down is the Understanding Criminal Law book.  Published by Lexis, written by Dressler (the Crim Law GOD).

Please, no one waste your money on these outlines.

I went to law school for the wrong reasons and I hated my first year.  I'm not a quitter, so I'll graduate, but I wish that I had been equipped with the maturity necessary to follow my heart instead of taking the easy way out.

Exam4 runs on Home.  I have heard that Pro is less buggy and more compatible with the school's network system.  Wireless printing isn't a great advantage though, I wouldn't upgrade for that.

I agree.  It sounds to me like you aren't healthy emotionally or physically with the lifestyle you are currently living.  Both are really important for law school--it's hard, not just academically!

I'd do something else that makes you feel better.

Hot baths, yoga, massages.

I leave mine in my locker and read while I'm at school.  Copying the book would be a waste of money--the book was expensive enough the first time!

Is this a real situation or a hypo from a test?

You signed the lease, you're responsible for all 6K.  You could probably sue him for his 3.  Why would you not get a new tenant and make some money on the deal?
