Honestly, I have total respect for servers.  They work MUCH harder than I do at my office job.

Just be sure to TIP your friendly server accordingly   

PS- Man if Hastings could just let me know if I am in or not I wouldn't be playing around on LSD

Most servers I know make significantly more than other people with jobs requiring a comparable level of education...  working at the wrong restaurant?   

You are totally right... if you work in the right state The money to be made in non right to work states is great, hence the reason I did it throughout UG.  Other states like AZ, ID and Texas (and the rest of the midwest ) do not have to pay a fair labor wage and hence they put too many servers on the floor meaning you dont get as many tables i.e. tips.

I agree with you.  Its tough to find much information on any schools between 50 and 100.  It just so happens that that is where most of my schools are But maybe just a section on Tier 2 schools....

It took a while but I have now successfully logged on.  The darn thing still says 'complete- ready for review'.  Here I was hoping that it was down cause they loaded a bunch of decisions and it crashed the system I guess in a way no news is good news.
