You dont seem near as excited about a fellow Idahoan as I am Where did you go to high school. I went to Nampa High and graduated in 99.

I think we're like one of 6 Idahoans I've seen on any of the internet-based law forums. Most of the people I took the LSAT with "studied like crazy the night before", and were expecting a solid 160 or so. One kid asked "is this test hard?"

I'm hoping for some sort of diversity love for that.

Ya I worked with a guy who did the same thing. He just took the LSAT on a whim. Crazy kid. I am an Idahoan at heart but havent lived there since I transfered out of Albertson College after my sophomore year. I graduated from the University of California so I dont think I get any diversity love.... oh well.     Where did you go to high school?

My husband does aviation and will be stationed at the San Francisco airport.  There is also a CG base in Alameda.  I dont know if they are in Santa Clara or not.. guess I will find out

Have you thought about living a little bit higher on the peninsula?  That commute is killer.  Although, there is CalTrain that you can take to BART, which can take you to the airport.  Alameda is basically as far north as the airport, but on the other side of the bay.

Where would you suggest living? I was thinking Santa Clara... what do you mean higher on the pennisula? What town would that be? Sorry I know very little about SF, you can teach me

Thanks! They notified me first by email, and then a big envelope (White I think), which also includes my scholarship award (a nice little bonus considering I haven't filed a FAFSA yet.) My stats are 4.0/165, and I'm from UC Davis if that helps! I hope you will hear from them soon! I am anxiously awaiting other schools as well. I wonder why they tell us we are complete and then take months to give a decision ?

Ya I have to move to the bay area without knowing where I am going.  My husband is in the Coast Guard and just got orders there.  We report in two weeks and I dont know what part of town to live in.... so I think we are going with Santa Clara with a 6 mos lease and then I will just move right before schools starts if I have to.  Anyway I hope we all hear soon!!!
