Actually, i graduated with a 3.32 (a modest GPA that I am proud of).

But remember, Tech is not guilty of the grade inflation most other schools are (thank God).  A 3.15 is honors at Tech, 3.35 high honor and 3.55 is highest honor.

Eventually liberals  will learn that not everyone can be better than average.  Even folks that take math at UGA can figure that one out.   ;)

Drowles,

I once admitted that UGA had a "fine law school."  Why attack UB? You could have mentioned that USNews ranks UGA higher, but you are probably wise enough to know that I would have retaliated by pointing out that UGA's law school has fallen in the rankings over and over again the last few years... GREAT trend, my friend.  I guess emphasis should be placed on "HAD a fine law school."

Up to this point, I have merely pointed out some of the more negative attributes of rednecks.  If that offended you, does that mean those applied to you?   ;)

You might be a redneck ... if...

[btw, Did you know Jeff Foxworthy went to Tech?]

Albeit, the guy from UGA has a distinct advantage over any guy from Tech.  This arises from the fact that the UGA guy has "practiced" with all his female relatives and farm animals.  As a result, he never has to utter "a sheepish apology for his inability to perform" to a hooker (aka his sister).   ;D  UGA folk are also better banjo players... i hear the Deliverance song playing in the distance every time i unfortunately have to leave Atlanta to visit Athens.   :)

Although I still have to hear from a few schools, I am almost assuredly going to attend Univ at Buffalo in the fall.  I wish to pursue a legal education with a focus on family law, and UB has both a family law concentration and clinic.  Both very appealing.

What type of law are you considering while at UGA?  Joking aside, it is a fine law school (i guess i can concede that) and I wish you all luck in your academic endeavors.   :)

Coyote,

That was pretty clever, "Dude".  Very novel quip.  Ga Tech students never hear jokes about Star Wars or Star Trek.   :-\

One thing Tech grads often hear from UGA grads, though, is "What can I do for you next, boss?"   ;D

Just remember one thing that many of my classmates at Georgia Tech told me while I was an undergrad student, "If you cannot go to college, go to Georgia."  They were very wise.  Congrats on your decisions to become "dumb dawgs."

Sorry, it's a rivalry thing, and you new "dumb dawgs" will have to get used to this one.

Go Jackets!
P.S. What's the good word?

so, if you got a "ding" from Georgia, don't feel bad.  It is a blessing.   ;D
