Denials / Re: UGA, what a joke

UGA may have been 10-2, but the season was an overall disappointment and failure.  All you dumb dawgs were having visions of a national championship before game one, but you couldnt even make it to the SEC Championship if i remember correctly!  Go War Eagles!

Funny, UGA is not known for its academics, so what will happen if its football continues to disappoint?  Start cheering for Tech baseball?

When did being a mother become a bad thing?  I always thought it was the most important profession, and I have the utmost respect for a woman that decides to become one.

If a woman decides to raise a family rather than solely pursue a legal career (or any career), why do some people assume some man is to blame or brand her a failure?

Of course I am a guy, so what do i know?   :)

God must think the same thing about Auburn, Florida, and Tennessee... Because UGA cannot beat them.  Of course UGA did beat Florida last year, but what is the overall record the last 15 years or so??

If by that comment you are implying that God is on the side of both Christians and Yellow Jackets, I must say you finally said something that resembled an intelligent thought.

the intent of most "poetry" sung at football games is not to impress girls...  some of us even dare to call this "poetry" fight songs

To Hell with Georgia
(to the tune of Glory, Glory Hallelujah)

Don't send my boy to MIT
The dying mother said,
Don't send my boy to Emory
I'd rather see him dead,
But send my boy to Georgia Tech
'Tis better than Cornell.
And as for the University of Georgia
I'd rather see him in hell!

To Hell, to Hell, to Hell with Georgia,
To Hell, to Hell, to Hell with Georgia,
To Hell, to Hell, to Hell with Georgia,
The cesspool of the South!

Mine eyes have seen the glory
Of the stomping of the Dogs
We will teach the poor dumb farmboys
They should stick to sloppin' hogs
When the Jackets are triumphant
There will be a mighty cheer
We'll do the same next year!

On the Field between the hedges
There arose a mighty stench,
In the Dogs' machine the engineers
Had thrown a monkey wrench.
When the Jackets are triumphant
We will raise a mighty yell,
Them Dogs can GO TO HELL!!

Mine eyes have seen the glory
Of the N.C. Double-A
They're investigating GA players
To see how much they're paid
After counting all the cars
And the loans Alumni made,
They out pay F.S.U.

Albeit, Clarke County Community College does have a better law school than Georgia Tech and recently has had a better football team, but when you consistently hear UGA grads call Tech grads "boss" it makes it all worth it.

If Tech did have a law school, then UGA's would be the 3rd best in the state rather than the 2nd.  I like how all of UGA's grad schools dropped in the rankings this year, too... impressive.

About the female to male ratio... Yes, it is 3 to 1, but remember, einstein, GEORGIA TECH IS IN ATLANTA and there are a few girls in the city...  of course you have to settle for dating someone not in your immediate family, but even a UGA guy can get used to that over time.   ;D

It is a blessing to not have to attend Clarke County Community College School of Law.   :)

Acceptances / Re: University of Georgia Law

This quote reflects the caliber of student Clarke County Community College (AKA UGA) School of law produces:

"Go to UGA, if i had to do it all over again I would have gone to UGA.. the people I interned with and now work with enjoyed their 3 yrs. much more than I did.. Emory has a very, very competitive atmosphere and UGA is just the opposite"

God forbid school would be challenging, intellectually stimulating and competitive, huh!?!?  Thank God Georgia Tech and Emory are located in Georgia for those of us that find such attributes in an Undergraduate institution attractive... as for law school, I wish Tech had one, but then UGA would drop to the 3rd best in the state rather than the 2nd.  :)

Reviews, Visits, and Rankings / Re: ATHENS, GA VISIT

One more thing:

"Although UGA may have fallen in the rankings, thank God they've stayed out of the second tier." This shows that you fail to realize just how subjective those rankings are...
