Acceptances, Denials, and Waitlists / Re: American Waiting List
« on: July 11, 2005, 12:25:09 PM »
I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but American may be getting ready to move on their waitlist.  I recently received a letter from them saying that they never got a response from me about their waitlist offer, and were assuming I did not want to be on the waitlist.  This makes me think that they may be getting ready to use their waitlist, if they are trying to make sure that everyone that wants to be on the waitlist is on it.

Does that make sense?

Of course, the letter may not signify anything, but you never know.

OMG, I'm bored out of my mind at my job, but I have to keep earning as much money as I can.  Can't wait for August to roll around.  Hopefully I won't get fired before I leave, since I tend to procrastinate all day long at work!

I've heard you should take some Economics courses as well.  It's not necessary for law school, but it might help you understand some of the law school courses.

Rutgers-Camden.  Complete since December.  Defered in February--they said they should know the class by May 1st, so I'm thinking I should get some sort of a decision any day now.

I'm just as excited as you about Pitt!  You should PM SleepyGuyYawn-- he is collecting email addresses and organizing fun pre-orientation activities in August for our class.

For me, it still says no decision, although I was waitlisted a while ago.

Buffalo, although I'm not sure if they required a second deposit.

Yup.  I haven't heard anything from Rutgers-Camden since I was deferred in February.  I'm starting to think it's lost, whatever the decision is.  I'm half tempted to call and find out, because I paid for that application, and would still like to know the result. I've already made my decision to go to Pitt, so it won't matter what the result is anyways.

Welcome, new classmate!  I look forward to meeting you in August!
