Hi all! I will be a new 1L as of this fall. I read PLSII and am trying to follow as best as my budget allow...with four small children to provide for. I purchased used LEEWS over ebay to save some money.... now I need some good AD from you all... Do I really need both E&E primers and comm outlines(prob emmanuel) or can I cut some costs and just buy the E&E... Please share your thoughts.... experiences ...

Thanks again. ???

Thanks Law Warrior! I will stop by to say "hi" :D

AS I WAS SAYING,

My name is Jenn and I will be attending GGU in the fall. I went to UC Berkeley for undergrad and worked my way through school. I have four children(ages 5 years - 10 months) and a wonderful husband of 7 years. GGU will works out great for me as I didn't need to relocate my family, have my husband change jobs(he is a Senior System Admin for major Bay Area pharm co.)could stay in same house/neigborhood, still be a stay at home mommy,  ... and we could be close to our folks(my dad and  mother-in-law have cancer). I am hoping to find work in  pub int field after I graduate and pass the bar ....

Golden Gate / Going to Golden Gate

Hi My name is Jenn and I'll be starting at Golden Gate in the Fall of 2005 p/t (assuming I can get the aid to get in -- not sure if I have any viable co-signers).

I am really excited to be going to law school...

Anyone else attending now or planning to in the Fall.... lets do the roll call things and meet our new neighbors:)

Just thought I'd throw in my two ecnts... I am a stay at home mom of four(ages 5,4,2, and 1). We live barely off of my husvband salary and for most of the time i was working part time in the evenings. I will be going to the part time evening program(so I can stay home with my kids during the day)... and, god willing, will graduate in four years... and(if i pass the bar) will be starting to work as my youngest begins kindergarten. I left law school when I became preg with my oldest and am finally going back. My family will always come first.... so I hope to work in a gov job or any firm big/small.... that allows part time or is family friendly.... My husband works in the computer industry which is still weak... and this is my way of ensuring that if something happens to him that we can stay afloat... and a way for us, hopefully if all stays well, to finally be able to afford a house of our own. I am scared about the balancing of it all... but I am hopeful that it will work out. I am glad to see that there are other mommies(mommies to be) out there who are struggling with the same issues..... Thanks for starting this post!
