what exactly do you say when you call? do you come up with questions? how do you assure ull get credit for calling, but make it seem legit? do you just come out and say, this is so and so and i just wanted to reconfirm my interest?

do all schools always go to their waitlist or do years exist when a lawschool will not have to go to their waitlist? i hear that most schools have a stronger applicant pool this yr, but thats only because applicants applied to more schools than ever ... basically schools assume they have a stronger pool, but they'll have many of these applicants going to different schools ....

from visiting both schools and talking to students i would probably choose duke .... michigan is very cold and the overall feedback i get is that duke gives you more options upon graduation ....

you make a true statement, but if applicant A is going to one school, but gets called to attend the 2nd school, they will not notify the first school that they will not be showing up - the numbers dont go up and down as much as you would think -the real action is during orientation when the student isnt there and they call and get the answering machine
if one were to write a letter weekly, what would it say? what could you possibly write to them? how ur week went? |
