also, none of the other answers did anything to weaken the argument.  100 cops might only weaken the argument a little, but that is still 'most weakens.'

I beleive the answer was more along the lines that two years ago, a policy that mandated 100 new police officers each of the next three years.  That was my answer, and I have seen other people say it was right, but I am still not sure about it.

100 is correct, unfortunately so is all-stars.  Imagine if the Yankees were in a beer leauge.  Take their two best players along with the best guys in the rest of the league and the old yankees are still the best.

Why did I choose the Yankees, I hate the Yankees

Studying for the LSAT / Were you one of these LSAT test takers?
« on: October 04, 2005, 05:40:31 PM »
Some LSAT test takers are funnier than others.

There is survival kit guy.  You are not sure if he is planning on taking the LSAT or spending three days in the woods.  This guy brings three bottles of water, a variety of snacks and his entire medicine cabenet into the room.

Meditation guy was funny too.  I don't know if whatever this guy was doing was relaxing, but biting my lip to not laugh at him was.  He didn't throw a rug on the ground, but did everything short of it.

Oh, and we had a four cups of coffee girl.  You will notice this girl is finishing her last cup in the testing room.  She is the one who sprinted out of the room at the break to go pee.  Classic.

Does anybody have any other stories of funny LSAT test takers?

I had someone come in right before we started (20 minutes after the report by 8.30 or you don't get in time) and a cell phone go off.  It kind of pissed me off that the proctors didn't care, but it didn't affect me.

easy there vinny.  almost every article you post comes from some obviously right-wing rag.  that's why this article is typical.

and if you understood the idea of constructive debate and disagreement, you'd know i have no problem accepting other people's opinions.  ask phan, pres or dodger.

you really remind me of this poster (hilljack) who used to raise similarly inane points with the gusto of OJ proclaiming his innocence.  now, that's sad.

At least hilljack was reasonably coherent....

Wow, a vailed compliment.

Anyway, I have taken a break from this site, but I will be back.  Just thought I would let you all know I am not gone for good; just taking a break for a few months.

About what percentage of black people think OJ was guilty?  I think something like 90-95% of whites think he was.

I really hate being kicked in the balls, who is with me?  Julie?

If I get the score on friday, the only thing that will change if it is a good score is the quality of the whiskey I am drinking; might step it up to Jack or Maker's.

what is this friday talk... is it just wishful thinking or is there some reason to believe it will be available this early?

I heard on this site that friday is a real possibility based on the past.

ah yes

A.) Overlooks the possibility that he is committing the same error in reasoning

i find it be a little incredoulous to beleive that this fake answer to be 100% perfect. what makes you sure that you are correct? i just find it ridicoulous for all of you to think that this fake answer is 100% accurate
