i was talking to my mom today about all this colon cleansing stuff..

she said that one of her coworkers went to do a colonic... where they clean you out with water.. and she said it was the worst experience of her life.. that when the water was running through her, she swelled up like a big balloon and she thought she was going to explode..

uhm.. yeah.. just thought I'd share cause although it must suck to poo wings and feathers out.. getting filled up like a water balloon doesnt sound much better..

Hi everyone.. i went to the Yage Bay Club yesterday for happy hour to celebrate being officially unemployed..

That place was sooooo nice.. we have a happy hour there on August 5th for pre-orientation.. i had never been there (i think it just opened).. but i can definately say its one of the nicer bars/restaurants in Miami..

My friends and i are going back next friday for happy hour, if anybody cares to check it out..

from what i picked up from orientation... that course has go to do with reading and analyzing REALLY old cases (from last century and stuff) that have no direct modern day applications.. but the process of the cases is still the same as today..

but the profs and some studnets were joking that nobody really knew what the course was really about.. even after they took it..

Jo, you have good taste! All the Japanese travel guides I've seen mention Matsuri. There are a few sushi places near my apartment. I was thinking my girlfriend could work at one of them, if and when she becomes MORE than my girlfriend... Probably no use thinking about that now. Thanks again!

today is my last day of work.. i've got mixed feelings about it.. i have a feeling its gonna be pretty sad..  my boss almost made me cry yesterday.. i probably will today.. i really really like all the people i work with..  :-\
