I am not going to have this discussion, but....  popularity certainly isn't a good way to gauge how intersting or exciting something is.  Millions of people watch wrestling, soap operas, and other things.  What baseball and football do have is a long tradition of popularity, that however, does not mean they are better.  Saying hockey is like Cooley just plain hurts.  Not many people are aware of many of the finer things in life, but that does not mean they are not good ... example - Budlight, enjoyed by millions .... Labatt Blue, enjoyed by less but much tastier.

Yeah, hockey is huge here in Michigan and in the East as well.  You baseball and football fans should try watching a sport that requires power, finese, speed, and so many other attributes that are lacking in baseball and football.  Hockey is far and away the most interesting sport to watch.

Don't get all defensive either, I like watching football, and baseball is fun to play (not to watch though).  I just feel hockey is more exciting and more fun overall.

Housing in SE Michigan is high.  Oakland county is rediculous, and parts of Macomb, Wayne, St Clair, and Washtenaw are equally as bad.  It is tough to find any appartments under 600-700 in a decent area.  This is one feature I will not miss next year.

Well this is a moot point for you since you don't really have a choice, do you, since you only were admitted to one school - right?

This is not a matter of wanting my a$$ kissed, it is a matter of wanting to go to a school where they care about the students.

i wish the admin at the school i will be attending were more social and kiss a$$y, but they are not. it doesnt take away from the school, proffesors, job prospects etc...

what gives you the impression he was only admitted to one school.  I am almost 100% sure he was admitted to a few schools.

can't go to school on paper.

yeah, I heard most schools are trying to go paperless.

I don't like baseball, which begs the question "why am I on a softball team?".  I wish the NHL wasn't such BS, I'm so jealous of all the baseball and basketball fans that actually get to watch professional teams.  At least the Pistons are holding my interest for now.  :'(

There is no point responding to BS GPA questions.  I f-off all day and put off 30 page papers till the week they are due.  I made it out with a 3.6.  If you can't manage dicking around most of the time and a 3.5 in soc., you'll probably not get a high enough LSAT to land a T1.

That would suck to still be in class, I had my last final seven days ago and commencement is tomorrow.  I already have my grades.

Isn't there just one school in Delaware, hmmmmm.  Sounds like you're trying embelish the grandour of this feat.  8)

Are you actually considering Widener with those other offers?  :-\
