NYU....sorry chicago, you guys were nice but how could I pass up living in the village for three years?

I've been dating the same girl for around a year (off and on) and we both know that me moving away for law school is going to end the relationship.  I don't think it's feasible to have a ltr when you are further then a one hour drive away because of the time constraints of law school.  Perhaps you should just take a break for the year if you move away?

Live close to the library so you have an escape.

I'm going to central america and europe for 7 weeks....need to relax before my life is over.

I "think" I'm interested in public international law, but who really knows.

Is this similar to space law  ???.  That being said, go to NYU

I voted for the yes, but would not go again. Strip clubs are fun, if they aren't seedy which in my town is nearly impossible.  I voted not going again solely because I'm not going to have any money for the next few years, so strip clubs and other vices are pretty much out.

The only LLM worth getting is NYU tax

Could someone tell me some more about the NYU admit day?  I toured NYU's buildings and such, but I didn't feel like I met a lot of students.  Did they seem pretty happy?  Did the professors/students laugh easily?  Did people seem cooperative, reasonably honest, and such?    I guess I looking for someone to describe the 'vibe' there.  Thanks!

I talked to a lot of students, and they seemed to emphasize they were happy....I sat in on a crimlaw dui class and there was a ton of laughter.  The vibe stems from the village, easily the best place to be when you are in your 20's
