Acceptances, Denials, and Waitlists / Letter of Continued Interest
« on: April 26, 2005, 07:29:46 AM »
How do i go about writing a letter of continued interest, who do i address it to, and what do i include in the letter.  I am on the prioirty wait list at Baltimore and i very badly would like to attend, any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks

I hate Chiasu (no not really, i just hate eveyrthing that is associated with LS).  At this point i just want to hear back, whether it's good or bad, so i can move on with my life.

another quick question, according to Chiasu, i have an 86% chance of getting there, what do you guys think???  My LSAT score is a 152 and my terrible terrible GPA is a 2.54 however my non LSAC GPA is a 2.73, and there was definitely upward movment of my grades, i have two ply years of accounting experience (i'm an auditor) and i have been promoted within my company twice already.  I addressed all of this and more in my PS.  I really want to go to U Balt, but that seems unlikely right now, specially cause to begin with i only had a 27% according to Chiasu.  I just want to get in somewhere!!!

yeah i will givem a call today, all this waiting is criving me crazy!  Do you guys know anything about Wilmongton, what the city is like, that sort of thing.  I live in CHicago right now, so i am not sure what to expect out there.

Quick question, Widener still has not requested my LSAC report.  I don't get it???  I applied about a month and a half ago, i don't understand the hold up, should i call them?  With one rejection (De Paul, no waitlists and 12 apps still out, it doesn't look like i am going to law school next year :o(

Yeah, i know a backup would be nice, except i haven't heard from them either.  I am waiting to hear back from widener.  According to Chiasu i have an 86% of getting in there, so hopefully that happens.  But i would still much prefer UBalt.  I hate this waiting, it's driving me crazy!  Does anyone know about UBalt's summer conditional proram.  Is it an online program?

Anyone's guesses on what my chances might be at this point of getting into Baltimore?  According to Chiasu i have about a 28% cahnce of getting in, but should i jsut give up hope altogether considering its already mid march???

I have only been waiting for a little over a month and i already feel an ulcer coming on, and yes, people are incessently asking me where i am going next fall, and thats not helping the ulcer any.  I have applied to about 12 schools,a dn heard back from (rejection unfortunately).  So at this point i am not even sure if i wll be accepted anywhere.
