Take your greatest accomplishment, and tell the story about it.  It will do a number of things:  show your writing ability, show what you have done, keep the adcomm entertained.  maybe...  MAYBE in your last paragraph show how what you accomplished will make you a good law student.

I'll take it one step further.  Clever 'people' names.

examples of this behavior include "Ludacris," "Xzibit," etc.  Tell me that doesn't get caught by spell check.

OK, then why do you want to go into law?

Okay, ill bute. The reason why I want to go to Law school is to do my part to defend and promote the development and preservation of the community and to do my part, whatever the size to make sure that all of held accounted and that those who have something to contribute to the community are able to do so.

run for mayor.

Choosing the Right Law School / Re: Pitt - where are yinz living?

You guys have any recommendations for any apartment complexes in squirrel hill?  I heard that the Mozart Management people aren't very agreeable.
Do you just live in a rented house?  I've been searching on the Internet, but haven't found much.

My top choice school (Pitt) dropped from 47 to 52 (or somewhere around there).  However, I noticed that their placement rate @ graduation, average salary, and student/faculty ratio were better than my other choices, some of which were higher ranked.  Evidently, USNews weighs things differently than I, which is an important factor to consider.
Why pay $30,000+ per year at Emory (top 50), when I can pay $4,500 at Pitt (not top 50), and Pitt's average salary is higher?
