Posters like you make me question LSD. I try to stay here for actual discussion and rely on xoxo for humor, but I am starting to wonder.

There is a massive difference between GW and Cardozo. C. is a fine school for the large legal market of the greater NY area, but it is ranked 58th. GW is a fine school for the greater east coast area that - ranked at 20 - will give you many, many more opportunities than cardozo. Schools are comparable within a handful of spots of each other (ie GW is likely comparable to BU, ND, Minn. and the other low to mid 20s schools. But there isnt some magical cliff at 14, or 20 that schools fall off of and into the general pool of law schools. Don't rely on rankings as a bible, but similarly, don't think that just because two schools arent in the t-14 they are equal. They are not. And you are an idiot for suggesting that a 58 - 20 difference is slight.

And those are UNDERGRADUATE rankings.

Ive said this before, but in random samplings of the general public on top law schools princeton, without fail, ranks either 1, 2, or 3.

I was just askin and wondering if it was DC bc of your GWU PT acceptance. UGA will work well in the greater Southeast, but your right Gtown is more mobile. Would you switch to FT if you got in, eventually?

Where are you trying to work postgrad?

96
Yeah but it has no real motivation to do so. Its already one of the worlds most selective and prestigious universities. Its not like there is a shortage of law schools. I dont think it would have problems acquiring law books, however, it can just buy them.

Why dont you call their admissions office, explain your situation, and ask them what their expectations are regarding their PT waitlist. They'll give you much better advice than us slapdicks.

they tried it a couple of times in the mid-1800s i think but it never took off. They dont do med school either. professional schools dont seem to be their thing.

Have you been to georgetown? the Law Center isn't on the main campus, isnt in a beautiful area (in fact, its on the edge of the ghetto), and definitely has metro access - unlike the main campus, which does not.
