Congrats Willhoo

If you go to or  you can put in the school and choose how close distance and then look at the apartments from there.

Visits, Admit Days, and Open Houses / Denver Admitted Student's Day

Anyone planning on attending the March 26th admitted student day?

I have been looking online using sites like ForRent and  I like those because they search near the school.  I want to keep the distance at a minimum.  The school also has a great housing website.  I am attending admitted students day in March so I plan on checking out apartments then as well.

I am in the same boat.  I am 99% sure I will be in Denver in August.  I am waiting on UTK to see if by some miracle I get in there.  I do not feel confident they will come through so I am already checking out housing in Denver and making plans to attend admitted student day.

There is always hope.  My numbers are not the greatest 150/3.21.  I have a powerful personal statement and a strong grade trend.  My personal opinion is at the T3-4 and some T2 schools they do look at the whole package not just the numbers.  T1 are strictly numbers.
Preppy- are you planning on attending Denver?

Thank you so much for the input.  It matches with what I have heard from another DU Student.  I am excited about attending Denver and will be visiting in March for Admitted Students Day.
Thanks again.

Are you happy with your choice of Denver?   What has been the most positive and alternativly the most negative part of law school at Denver?

I have been emailing another U of Denver student who does not have the strident opinion of the previous poster.  She likes the school and for the most part the professors.  This just goes to show everyone has a different opinion.
I would love to have an email with specifics.  I am visiting the campus in March before I send confirmation money.

I'm in at Denver as well.  I was notified by email and then a large packet in the mail.  It does appear that scholarship information comes in a seperate envelope.
