Have a little faith.  I was just accepted yesterday.

Thanks for sharing, guys --very helpful!  Almost beginning to have second thoughts...

thanks for the info you two!

tag--  WL'd at five schools myself.  Hoping to get off one in particular.  Best of luck everyone!

good discussion  :)

thanks, chicago.  i ask b/c it doesn't look like anyone on LSN has been accepted since the 1st seat deposit deadline.

let us know how the day goes.

I'm going.  I haven't even received my acceptance package yet but I got an email yesterday telling me I've been accepted and allowing me to register.  I'm WL at Catholic so this was my first out and out acceptance!  :)  Now I just gotta cross my fingers on finding my way there- this will be my first visit.

amaraya, were you waitlisted prior to this acceptance?  If you don't mind sharing your numbers...
There are a lot of us here waiting for American.

chicago108, when were you accepted?

I feel you too, Sker.  And great advice so far from onepoint and princess.  As onepoint said: you're not alone.  While it's true, there's not much you can do to hurry the can make up your mind about how long you intend to wait and stick with it.  And when you've done that, you can let the school know about your continuing interest, that is, up until that date.

I'm dealing with the same thing myself, but luckily, I have another option (a great school, in fact, should my first choice not come through).  It sounds like you have other options as well.  Consider yourself better positioned than most.  Oh, and princess, the waiting is making me lose interest too.
