Law School Discussion

im from NJ... and im moving to denver.  After i got my acceptance to DU, i went out there to look at the campus and some apartments.  Before i went, i researched like mad to find out what neighborhoods were good, what i can afford, what type of amenities i'd like, how far from campus, etc.  I used alot of online search sites, such as rent.com, apartment.com, etc.  i spent ALOT of time researching.... and i found a great apartment bldg.

one of the benefits of putting your deposit in early is that often times apartment bldgs run specials, and they differ from week to week.  you are usually guaranteed the best deal between the time u put in the deposit and the day you sign the lease.  So since im moving in late july.... im going to get the best deal between then and now.  right now i went from $550 a month to $528 a month, and they say that they may offer a deal that makes it even lower. 

i dont know about other cities, but in denver the apartments are competing with each other like crazy.  the city use to be flooded w/ techies, but when the stock market started to crash they all lost their jobs and left.... so there is now an influx in apartments, and the rates are falling drastically. 

UD emailed me and said they recieved it.

their deposit was $300 in april, $300 in June. 

i agree that you need to cut something back... and now its way too late to cut back on your classes.  So obviously work is the only option besides totally screwing up your GPA.

but since you only have a few weeks left of school anyway..... will u be screwing yourself?  i mean... what are you going to do for work once school is done?  do you have a back up job?

And regardless of the situation, I am a firm believer that if you are at a job that makes you miserable and depressed, there should be no question of what you should do.  if you are working full time... most of your waking hours are spent at work.  Why not enjoy it?  Love what you do.  Find something you like, don't settle.

I hope that Omarosa lying on national tv helped prove Erika's argument that she didnt say the things that Omarosa is accusing her of.  Erika was on Howard Stern the other day and took a lie detector test and passed w/ flying colors.  I hope Erika slaps the female dog with a slander suit.
