now that they put PC anywhere on these comps.... i keep thinking they're gonna log in and see me on here instead of actually working.  i wish i knew exactly how pc anywhere worked, so id know how to tell if they were on.

i was waitlisted at seattle also, but got accepted to schools ranked 20-30 points better.  screw em.

anyway, if its any consolation, i told them not to bother keeping me on the waitlist.  so maybe me doing that opened up a position for you?  If you plan on not going there regardless, think about withdrawling your name.  That'll open up the slot for some other ppl who are still hoping to be accepted from there.

Good luck at oregon!

can't we all just get along?  ;D

I know that public interest jobs are on a different hiring cycle than law firms, so anyone going into public interest will be reflected under "9 months"

zpops, what is their hiring cycle?  how is it different?

take your LSAT, then get back to us.  only because sometimes ppl do alot better or alot worse on their practice LSATS than on the real deal.  I did great on the practice tests..... not so great on the real.  Its easier to plan when you know exactly what you have going for you.  ;D

Denver University sent it seperately.

im from NJ... and im moving to denver.  After i got my acceptance to DU, i went out there to look at the campus and some apartments.  Before i went, i researched like mad to find out what neighborhoods were good, what i can afford, what type of amenities i'd like, how far from campus, etc.  I used alot of online search sites, such as,, etc.  i spent ALOT of time researching.... and i found a great apartment bldg.

one of the benefits of putting your deposit in early is that often times apartment bldgs run specials, and they differ from week to week.  you are usually guaranteed the best deal between the time u put in the deposit and the day you sign the lease.  So since im moving in late july.... im going to get the best deal between then and now.  right now i went from $550 a month to $528 a month, and they say that they may offer a deal that makes it even lower.

i dont know about other cities, but in denver the apartments are competing with each other like crazy.  the city use to be flooded w/ techies, but when the stock market started to crash they all lost their jobs and left.... so there is now an influx in apartments, and the rates are falling drastically.
