Are you talking about University of Baltimore?
If so, they produce mostly part-time law students. They are not very highly ranked but I think in Baltimore area you can still manage to find a job through alumi network. I think their law school campus is right next to Penn Train Station. The area is not too bad..close to Mount Vernon.

Hi, for everyone who's curious about what I said to the director, I simply told her the truth. I told her that Maryland was my first choice, and that I would definitely attend if I were accepted. I was completely honest with her, and I am only putting down a deposit at UMaryland because it's my #1 choice, and I passed up other schools for it. Basically, I think that she knew how much that I wanted to go there, and I was forthright about my plans. I also withdrew my waitlist spots from all other schools as soon as I got in there. I only suggest this route if you're completely sure it's where you want to go. I wish you all the best of luck!! :)

Were you able to talk to her on your first try? I left a voicemsg for her earlier this week. I am on my second letter of intents and my graduate professors are going to send in their LORs.

I really want to go to UMaryland Law. I've been here for Hopkins for 4 years and my bf is in Hopkins Med...plus I am really interested in international heathcare law and wanna work in D.C./MD area.

I totally screwed up on my LSAT..no class and no time to study. But hopefully my other stuffs will help me a bit...I hope.. :o

I just checked my status and I am still pending.
Does anyone know if they are still accepting people? I have been completed since mid January

Ok, I know I am a reach @157LSAT AND 3.45GPA But what is taking Catholic sooooooo long to let me know?  Also, are there any programs that pay back loans of 100k if you go to work for the Feds @ 40k a year?....I can dream of making it in if they haven't told me know yet!

I have similar number like you and I was notified to be WL about early March I believe...my file is completed in early January.

I got accepted by Whittier around late January..I applied in mid December and went complete by end of December.

I wrote to them asking about the money. Their admission dean actually called me today and told me how they only offer merit-based scholarship, which I am applying rite now. I think it is not very hard to get as long as you can write something decent.

This is the only school I got accepted right now...WL at University of Maryland and I got 8 more to go.

I dunno really wanna go to Whittier just cuz it's so close to home...but on the plus side..it's so freaking close to nice beaches and South Coast Mall is only 5 min away..
