It was 5 here last night.  Now it's a toasty 19.

Also, the fact of the matter is that life itself is biased against poor people.  They have it harder from the moment they're born.  There's really no way around that, and the LSAT is no exception.

I'm at a public school and we'll be open as usual.

I'm neither black nor a T14 admit but wanted to say congrats to you all -- you've really accomplished something.

General Off-Topic Board / Re: What is your favorite state or country flag?
« on: February 19, 2006, 11:36:19 AM »
The Texan flag is simple, I think that's why it's caught on and is so popular. It's WAY more eye-catching than the flag from Nebraska or Wyoming, for example.

Yeah, definitely -- it really looks more like a nation's flag.  Most state flags have this fugly animal in the middle with some weird-ass crest.

Check under the couch cushions.  That's where I usually find stuff.

A troll is someone that starts deliberately inciting threads. This one falls under that category.

I don't know about that.  The OP was genuine and wasn't trying to start anything.

I'm also moving this to meta-discussion.

Wow. I'd delete that and FAST if you want to avoid being labeled as a troll.

Also, there used to be a really really long thread that HBCU.EDU started, called the black LS thread or something like that. Anyway, they asked Andrew (the owner of this site) if they could just have a child board of their own.

That's the same reason there's any specialty/child board around here. People ask for them, and they're granted.

Look, there's a whole child board for non-trads, too. Also Canadians, and high schoolers. I say it doesn't matter. They all have interests that are particular to their own groups. Who are we to say that's not fair?

Seconded.
