If I retook the LSAT in June, would that have any sort of impact on the schools I've already been accepted to? If I did worse, for instance. I'm seriously thinking about taking it again just to see how I'd do. If I did drastically better I might take a year off and shoot higher next cycle.

3.5/160. Kind of surprised.
I didn't really want to go there anyway.

Being a Democrat, one wouldn't expect me to care about this subject, but I have always been fascinated with Richard Nixon. His meteoric rise has always been interesting to me. Anyone know about his days at Duke? They were a relatively new law school back in those days.

I was recently accepted to University of Kentucky Law School on a provost scholarship. Lexington, KY is a nice community and the school looks appealing, but I am wondering what kind of placement they have. I'm sure they place badass in KY, but what about bordering states? What kind of reciprocity does KY have? Anyone with info would be appreciated.

160/3.5, WA resident.
I feel like I deserve to go to law school there. They're the only public law school in the state too. Bummer.

160/3.5, out of state, white male
I applied to them because they sent me a fee waiver I think; I can't quite remember. They said they are mailing scholarship stuff also. I've already gotten a partial scholarship to UK, which is a better school, but Akron might give me a full ride. Who knows.

$9600 each year. 3.5/160, out of state
I would actually save money by going there rather than staying here (Seattle) and going to UW (still pending). UK is looking good.

I've applied to 'Bama, which is a top 40 school, and am wondering how they place outside of the state. Do they place ok in Atlanta or FL? Any thoughts on this? UA is cheap and a good school, but I'm wondering what kind of pull they have outside of Alabama.
