How soon do you think we'll hear something?? April 1st is tomorrow. I mean the schools aren't really going wait until they have ALL of their deposits and then count them and etc and go from there right?? that seems like it could take a verrry long time to shift through all that infomration! :-\ Anyone have any info or thoughts or this?? I wanna hear something soon! :D

any input is welcome!

thx ;D

I was thinking once I finally decide where to go. I should prolly start looking at apartments around June?? or early July?? Does anyone have any experience with this?? Should I be looking sooner? Seems rather difficult since wheverer i end up, its gonna be quite a ways from home. How is everyone else handling this??

any info or advice is welcome. thanks  ;D

Choosing the Right Law School / Anyone headed to Hofstra in the fall??
« on: March 17, 2005, 01:52:29 PM »
Thus far, i've been accepted to only 2 schools and waitlisted at numerous others. I still have several top choice applications pending. But as time keeps going by, I have come to the realization I better prepare to choose outta of the 2, in case no more good news arrives. And i'm 100% positive I'm choosing Hofstra over Valpo if it comes down to it. So i was just curious to see if anyone else was considering Hofstra for next fall??

Well I just went to "decision" yesterday. I was curious to know what their acceptances look like when they arrive? or for that matter their rejetion mailings as well.

Just curious to know, so far all i've seen is acceptances. I applied back in Oct and still haven't herd from them. So I'm starting to think i'm sitting in their big fat pile of rejection letters, waiting to be sent! ???

Choosing the Right Law School / Villanova

Just wanted to see anyone had any info about VIllanova? What its like to attend there and what's the area like?

thx :)

I'm interested in these schools and was wondering if anyone had any info regarding them? or which would you choose outta the 3? I've heard some pretty good things about south texas and stetson but am not so sure about John Marshall. ive been accepted to hofstra but the whole cost thing worries me a little.  These 3 schools are alot cheaper and seem to have pretty strong programs even though their rankings don't reflect it. anyone have any thoughts on this?? pls feel freet to share! thx!  :D

I'm fairly new here and this is my first post. My question is, I was accepted to Hofstra and its prolly one of the only higher ranked schools i'll get into.My numbers arent great, so i applied to mainly tier 3, some tier 4 and a couple of other tier 2 as well. But my thing is tution there is about 30,000 and from what i hear apartments in the area are about 1,200 a month! So what i'm trying to figure out is, how in the world can anyone afford to attend!? And with no scholarhsip money offered, i mean do people just take out loans to cover all this? or is that even possible or what? or will i have to settle for maybe a lower ranked school with lower tution and a cheaper cost of living! well maybe, i have like 14 other applications still pending. Any info on this matter is greatly needed!  thanks  :)
