If your grades are really good, you have a shot at a 2nd or even first tier school--don't settle for 3rd.

What are the chances of getting your note published?  Is it just random luck?

Is it possible to do both moot court and law review?  Or do you have to choose?

Michigan is a top 10 school and a jd from there does not hurt your academic prospects at all

Current Law Students / Re: 1L's when are you applying for Summer Jobs?

As a student at emory, how do you feel about your prospects in NY, DC, and cali in general?

Don't listen to the people who tell you that you have no shot because schools average scores.  Most schools may average scores, but there are a good number that take the highest score

After you take it again, you're going to want to compile a list of where you would consider applying if that was your ONLY score, call the admissions offices of those schools, and ask them if they average, or if they take the highest one.  You will wind up with a very short list of schools, but at least they will be first tier schools.

Just do 2 passages, and guess on the other two.  Or, at worst, do one passage (one with 8 questions), and guess on three.
