I just had lunch with a 3L today and she made me feel a lot better. She said Prof CivPro plays hardass in class, but he's actually a really nice guy. Also, if anyone else was worried about which books to drag to class like I was, she said just take what you had homework in, but ALWAYS have the Federal Rules of CivPro in CivPro.

It's amazing how few IQ points you can manage to hold on to as you make your way through law school..... OOoh, sorry if I missed it somewhere. I think my IQ is falling out of my ears from brain atrophy at the moment. I know I'll regret saying this in a week, but I'm so ready to start cause I'm so bored! Guess I don't really have to worry about that for the next 3 years though! I didn't realize we bought the property supplement. For some reason I thought it was on blackboard. Thanks for all the help Mom. For those at El Chico's last night. I was a loser and didn't make it. It was pure laziness. I was all curled up in bed reading like a homebody. You can get your excess funds faster if you do direct deposit. The forms on the cashier's office website. Then you don't have to deal with anyone on the phone. Just fax it to them.
I thought the assignments weren't up yet. Are they up on the website and I'm missing them somewhere? I keep checking cause I want to get a head start. 8

I think on the discussion board they said it's the El Chico on the Circle. I don't think there's another one anyway. If anyone's new to Waco and doesn't know where the Circle is it's just west of 35 where Valley Mills and La Salle and some other streets come together in an old fashioned traffic circle.
Someone said something about reserving a table or room under Baylor Law Orientation so you may want to ask about that when you get there. 9

Gavin, I know what you mean. I took Baylor over higher ranking because I'm just too darn rational. I just let money play such a big part in my decision. Of course now I'm up s**t creek w/out a paddle if I lose my scholarship, but we're not going to discuss that. That doesn't mean I haven't entertained thoughts of transfer. I don't think I ever would, but I just wonder where I could get in mostly. 10

Yeah, I'm starting to get super nervous about this whole boot camp thing. I'm going to try to go to the El Chico thing. Is it at 7:00? For some reason my computer isn't letting me into the forum on the Baylor law website anymore. Is anyone else having that problem?
