Looking forward to the LSD Philly event Tom.

Anyway to update, going to the gym every day for the past 2 weeks has started to pay off I think. My beer gut is disappearing and my arms, legs, chest, and shoulders are starting to get more muscular thanks to lifting.

I'm just extremely pissed right now. I've already been approved for a Grad PLUS loan, and now I'm very worried since I don't have a credit history and I can't get a co-signer if this lawsuit is successful.

F you Conyers. I hope you can sleep well at night knowing that you're screwing graduate and professional students. He's also a Democrat too, showing that there are assholes on both sides of the political fence.

So much for being the 1996 Bulls, the Pistons are playing like the 2004 Lakers.

And I must say, I'm impressed with Kobe in the TNT studio tonight.

Apparently reports are saying that the Knicks are going to buy out Larry Brown's contract and replace him with none other than Isiah Thomas. Basically, if you thought the Knicks were bad this year, wait until you see Isiah's main coaching move next year, standing on the sideline with his hand covering his mouth with a look of shock. There's a reason that the Pacers had an average period of play between Larry Bird and Rick Carlisle coaching them, mainly Isiah's coaching. The Pacers had 48 wins in 2002-2003, but of course Isiah's bad coaching reared its ugly head in the playoffs and Boston sent them home in the first round.

Well the Grad PLUS standards aren't that tough I assume, seeing as they approved me for next year and I have no credit history to speak of...

It's a joke dude. Besides beating Manning in a big game isn't too hard to do, look at his past history.

Of course if you did want to debate the 1997 title, Nebraska did need that illegal kick play to beat a 7-4 Missouri team and Phil Fulmer to vote Michigan 5th in his coaches ballot to give Nebraska the top spot in the final coaches poll.

What month is it again?

I thought he was running for major office (i.e. rep. or senator)

Maybe I've just had too much to drink and you're talking about the primary.

Yes, that must be it.

Still a shame he lost.

G.O.P. primary - governor.

He ran against the governor with the highest approval rating in the nation, so it was tough.  No one expected he'd lose though (maybe until the last week or so).  I think everyone on both sides feels like they've kicked their grandpa in the shins or something.

i was surprised.  i like tom, but heineman has done a good job.  besides, the lt governor is a childhood friend and i'd hate to see him out of a job <lol>

Osborne lost? I guess he didn't get the sympathy vote like he did in '97...

The relationship will break down. Then Owens will go on ESPN and say something like "He told me to shut up, so I told him to shut up. My name is not Lawrence Parcells, I'm not his son."

One of the worst thing about living in Jersey: that green-yellow dust you get on your car around this time of year. Arrggghhh...and the humidity here sucks too, as do the Pines..
