Meyer can't lose to Spurrier again this year or else it'll get real ugly in Gainesville...

Looking forward to the LSD Philly event Tom.

Anyway to update, going to the gym every day for the past 2 weeks has started to pay off I think. My beer gut is disappearing and my arms, legs, chest, and shoulders are starting to get more muscular thanks to lifting.

nice work.  yeah, we have to get the whole event off the ground soon.  but then again, nova itself is fast approaching, at which point we can just go out and drink whenever we feel like it.

You so know that Kelly's is going to be a place that is visited quite a few times next year.

Penn State-Notre Dame tickets are going for at least $1,500 a pair on eBay for next year's game. I can't wait to see that one...

South Jersey.  How bout Top Dog?  I know its not Philly, technically, but they have awesome happy hour specials.

A friend of mine saw Reno Mahe at Top Dog once. He was trying to act like a big shot with security guards, which is hilarious considering that the only thing keeping him from being a full-time server at Chickie's & Pete's is that Andy Reid seems to love him for some reason.

The more I look at this lawsuit, they really can't declare the Grad PLUS program unconstitutional, since Conyers is pretty much suing over what can be considered a typo. The easy thing to do would be send the Senate version of the bill through the House and get this thing over with...

I'm just extremely pissed right now. I've already been approved for a Grad PLUS loan, and now I'm very worried since I don't have a credit history and I can't get a co-signer if this lawsuit is successful.

F you Conyers. I hope you can sleep well at night knowing that you're screwing graduate and professional students. He's also a Democrat too, showing that there are assholes on both sides of the political fence.

So much for being the 1996 Bulls, the Pistons are playing like the 2004 Lakers.

And I must say, I'm impressed with Kobe in the TNT studio tonight.

Apparently reports are saying that the Knicks are going to buy out Larry Brown's contract and replace him with none other than Isiah Thomas. Basically, if you thought the Knicks were bad this year, wait until you see Isiah's main coaching move next year, standing on the sideline with his hand covering his mouth with a look of shock. There's a reason that the Pacers had an average period of play between Larry Bird and Rick Carlisle coaching them, mainly Isiah's coaching. The Pacers had 48 wins in 2002-2003, but of course Isiah's bad coaching reared its ugly head in the playoffs and Boston sent them home in the first round.

Well the Grad PLUS standards aren't that tough I assume, seeing as they approved me for next year and I have no credit history to speak of...
