Who needs homers? Double by Marquis plates Aaron Miles, and then 3 singles by Pujols, Edmonds and Rolen gives the Cards the lead and the inning's not over yet!

Solid 4-3 win for the Cards today. Izzy got a save, Pujols has yet to have a hit that is not a homer and Skip Shumacher got his first ML HR.

It's also a common perception that LSN and LSD members are not representative of the overall applicant pool, so it's kind of pointless to guesstimate based on LSN.

Yeah, Iowa's a great school, but I'm hoping to get in somewhere else, because it doesn't make sense to me to go to a public school in a state that I'm not going to live. I figure I've got a decent chance to get into one of my waitlists. GL to you.

I am currently on wait lists on Washington and Lee, GWU, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Wash U and William and Mary. I am probably going to withdraw from Vandy and GW because I think I'm less likely to get in there and I didn't do their seperate financial aid stuff. Beyond that, I'm lost. I'm in w/ 10K per year at Iowa. Any advice?

For those that are sending an additional waitlist LOR, do you think it's a good idea to send the same generic letter the several waitlist schools through LSAC?
