Hey pluto that's great news!! I feel like a part of me got in  :)

I know there are still a few of you guys still out there in at NOWHERE, hang in there.

I think I speak for us all when I say thanks for the pep talk. Your story is amazing. I admire what a strong person you must be for overcoming so many obstacles to get to where you are. I think we all know that we are more than the sum of our LSAT + GPA, but it's good to hear it once in a while, and you prove it.

Somewhat good news on my front... FSU takes transfer students in summer, fall, and spring (for the most part only the fall but it's possible to get your app considered for another semester) This means I will (most likely) be able to go to Stetson in the Spring and transfer to FSU either the following Fall or Spring. Of course, this is assuming my class rank and such is competitive enough to do so. They accept 20-25 transfers a semester (so long as space is available).

The more I think about it the more of a plan this is. I just need to kick a$$ my first couple semesters.

Whenever you guys start a new thread just PM me and I'll head over there as soon as I can ;)

It's okay robocop... Still not sure what I'm going to do. Try for FSU next year after another LSAT or pay a lot more to go to Stetson in the Spring. Maybe I'll ask if I can go to Stetson in the spring and summer then transfer to FSU. Doubtful but worth a shot, eh?

I got put on the waitlist at Case... I'm happy that the cycle wasn't a complete rejection-fest, but you know, not too happy as you can imagine.

Now I have to decide whether to try to take out a private loan--can you even do that if you are not 'accepted' I wonder?

I'm also curious how late they take people off the waitlist.

Got the letter today... Apparently I went from Hold to Waitlist as well. Are you guys going to be remaining on the list or are you telling them no?

I'm not sure I would consider that any better. :|

Has anyone heard any good or bad news from them yet? I am one of those anxiously awaiting a decision. ???

I am as well. I contacted them again and they said 'my' letter was sent late last week. If I don't get it tomorrow then I'll call them again. I know it only takes 3 days to get to me.

Same here. Nothing in the mail today. Maybe tomorrow :\

Nothing for me today either -- was told they send my letter late last week. Should've been here by now but I'll give them tomorrow's mail call then I'll phone (again).

I think my plan is to retake at this point. Blah.
