The fact that said company is a law firm continues to amuse me to no end. I have since been temping around LA to pay the bills until I finally move back east on the 1st of August. My most recent and, I suspect, final gig? Answering phones at the synagogue. I kid you not. I was wondering this too, but it looks like they dont really care about all that. I wont get the money until the first day of school. 45

Have half hour conversation with electric company about why they cant turn my power on. It was supposed to be on last Tuesday. Then Dennis came along and now they say they cant do it until July 18th. That's a long way away...especially in the NOLA heat without AC.
