"The guy downstairs beats up his girlfriend late at night."

But he doesn't do that any more because he's in jail because, of course, you call 911 and report him... right... right?... right!

With the iPodShuffle you only have to do one offer and have three people to do an offer.  The best one I've found is the one day trial for a forclosure auction.  It's only $3.00 (for a one day trial) and you can cancel the same day. I am thinking of paying three friends three dollars to sign up and do it.

Highway, An iPod is Apple's Mp3 player.  Mp3 players are like electronic Walkmans.  They play music files from your computer without moving parts so you can run walk or jog with them without skipping or poor sound quality.  The key feature of Apple's iPod is that it formats your music files into their format so that you can fit THOUSANDS of file on one iPod.

The iPod Shuffle can only about 250 songs on 1 gig of space... BUT it's about the size of a pack of gum.

It was on CNN and the local news so I guess it's legit.  I have an iPodShuffle account that you can sign up with (you only need three people to sign up to get the shuffle).  Here goes:

Name Changing Queen Said:
"Congratulations, that sounds really cool.  I didn't know that was even available-- so as long as you aren't "working" you can still do it your first year?"

Thanks, I'm stoked.  I think because it's on campus and an assistantship (not employment) that I'll be ok.  They've had 1Ls before.  Hey, 1Ls can get Work Study afterall.

I am in total Cleveland mode.  I've been looking for Banks to change to and bus routes from CWRU to C-M.  I can't wait!

A frame in which to display the lotto ticket that won me the big bucks because in public interest that's the only way my bucks'll be big.  :D

My letter had no concrete updated information (i.e. you may be interested to know that I won the city debate tournament).  My letter was written from a place of despair and was mostly persuasive passion.  This was my last ditch effort to get to go to Law school where my family lives.  This was my last chance to return to the City in which I grew up.  I, on a deep and meaningful level, wanted to return to Cleveland.  I was rejected at Case and planning on a rejection from OSU.  My only acceptance was to Western New England College and I was feeling extremely anxious about it.  I wanted to make the Dean of Admissions feel the way I did, or at least be compelled by my writing.

Beeline hit it right on the head.  It may work or it may not, but I needed to know that the School had heard the way I felt and really understood it.  My emotions are so much of who I am.  If, after sharing them, a school still does not want me then it simply wasn’t a correct fit.

Similar to above.

Letter overnighted on day 1.
Letter recieved on day 2.
Admission letter dated day 3.

Could just be coincidence -- who knows -- but I did it and got in and when I called and spoke with the Admissions Dean she knew me by name.

Good Luck!

Hmm, I had not heard of the Career center move issue.  But, I guess I can't complain about the olden-day look of the main building (especially when compaired with the library) and then turn around and fault them for being desheveled while they remodel.

I too was looking for housing.  I was matching maps with the apartments because I am NOT going to live in East Cleveland... no, no, no, I'm not getting my laptop stolen as I walk home.  But, now that's not an issue.  I just found out this morning that I got the Graduate Student Assistantship I applied for Case Western.  They give you a free apartment, full board, and a monthly stipend.  All I have to do is assist (not work for) them for 10 to 15 hours a week.  So, there was no turning it down.  So, I'll be living at Case Western, I like the Univ. Circle area and it's close to Coventry and that's just my type of scene.  Mmmm, my mouth is watering for Tommy's just thinking about it.

Where are you all thinking of living?
