I was wondering, do they factor in being a female as part of the applicaiton process? Or is it ignored altogether.
This is what happens wheni have too much time on my hands- I end up contemplating the "what ifs" of getting in, and currently, I am secretly hoping that being a female earns me brownie points in the admissions decision.
anyone know for sure?

ok so far it is Loyola (LA), U. Of Wis.Madison (top choice so far), San Diego (i decided to withdraw so that someone else could get the spot- good karma?), and Chicago Kent with $15,000.
Should i just stick with madison since it is the only 1st tier?
DAMNIT. I wanna hear something from the better schools that i applied to...
this is killing me. most of these schools are the ones i applied to BEFORE i realized i did better on the LSAT than i thought.
please make this stop and make them give me decisions.
i am dying here.

I want to go to the admit day at madison and i was just wondering if anyone here was going to as well. Its a big deal for me, since i am seriously thinking about moving from LA to WIS-f-ing-SCONSIN.
ha. just wondering. I think i wanna go and wanted to talk to someone about it, what they know, how it is compared to schools like UC Hastings, etc.

I got 2 acceptances today- loyola Law school, LA, and university of San diego....
both of which i would have been happy about had I not done as well as I did on my LSAT- i was expecting to do worse, but since i got a 164, all i want is to get into a better school. I think I am in at Madison (they said to look in the mail this week), but grrr...
I have one of those complexes where i dont want to join any club that will have me as a member.
anybody else in the same boat? I am praying desperately for davis, hastings, and Boston uni.

Need help studying for the LSAT and live in or around Los Angeles?
1st trial session is only $15 an hour, every session thereafter is $30/hr.
Send me a message and let me know your schedule to work something out.

I keep reading posts from these people complaining about getting a 174 when "i should have gotten a 178 at least...". bleh. DO any of you have an idea if USC, Boalt, Loyola MArymount, lewis and clark &/or Univ. of Wisc.- Madison are at all reasonable goals with a 164 and a 3.4 GPA? I traveled extensively, had a fair amount of outside experience working, and took care of my brother full time when he was diagnosed with a chronic disease starting my junior year (which dropped the straight A's down to B's, and I explained it in the addendum). I got an English degree at Occidental College, a small liberal arts school (but pretty distinguished). Think it is hopeless and i should wait to retake the LSAT?
help me out here:)
what do you think? any suggestions of good schools

Does anyone remember a quesiton that might have been a weaken? soemthing about how polished stones prove that cavemen had aesthetic sensibilities? I put remember i did something involving the stones as a religious article becuase i thought that if it was religious it would negate the aesthetics...
my brain is melting...
or am i completely not talking about a question?
