Acceptances / Re: In at GW...
« on: December 10, 2004, 02:12:43 PM »
Congrats to all those accepted. You have definitely all earned it.

For those of us still waiting, I am thinking that this is the first round of acceptances to go out based on auto-admit numbers and for the most part, early submission.  Everyone on lawschoolnumbers has at least a 3.4 index score, so I'm guessing that might be the magic number.

Someone did a lot of work and put this together regarding multiple LSAT scores and school's policies.

katestorm...I know for sure GULC has an online status check and there are others as well.  There was a thread in here that I saw that listed a bunch of schools that had this on their sites. A little searching and I'm sure you can find it.

Senor...I like your strong faith and your willingness to express it.  Usually people only talk about it when its on the other side of the spectrum.  malaprop is right, going somewhere where people might disagree with you will only help refine your own beliefs.

Where should I go next fall? / Re: Should I bother applying?

Thanks for the encouragement.  Now that I have applied to both, it definitely feels a lot better not having it hanging around in the back of my head.

As for reducing my consumption, I have found the "cup of noodles" a great addition to diversify my menu beyond beef ramen.

Thanks for the info brothernads, I definitely would have missed that since it is on the main page and not the specific timetable link. I'd say its safe to assume now that all the decisions for EA are going to come out in one big group.

daj...I received an email indicating that my file was complete, so you might want to give them a call if they haven't answered your emails.

Definitely is...I have had to cut back from chicken and beef ramen to just beef.

LSAC and LSDAS / Re: Boston/American LSAC question
« on: December 06, 2004, 04:08:14 PM »
jamie...I applied to BU in early Nov. and American about a week later.  BU requested my report about 2 weeks after I applied and American has yet to do so.  Ironically, today I received notes in the mail from both that said my application was complete at BU and I would hear back in January, while American said that they had my application and would start reviewing apps in January.

Hope this helps.
